Each player is permitted to hold only one registered wondawin Account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under different names, email addresses, or payment methods — may result in all associated Accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you believe a duplicate Account has been created in error, contact wondawin support immediately.

You are responsible for keeping your Account information accurate and up to date, including your contact email and Malaysian mobile number. Outdated contact details may delay password recovery, two-factor authentication, and account security notifications. Contact wondawin support to update your registered details.
You may request closure of your wondawin Account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending wagering requirements on Bonus Balances at the time of closure will be forfeited. Real Money Balances will be returned to your verified payment method following completion of identity verification where not yet completed.
wondawin accepts deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following methods: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, and FPX bank transfer through Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Available payment methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is RM 20 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be accepted and will be returned to the originating payment method. wondawin does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions: (a) your KYC identity verification must be completed and approved; (b) any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Balances must be met before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn; (c) withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

All bonuses and promotions offered by wondawin are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. These Terms and Conditions apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms. Where there is a conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the terms of each individual promotion. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for the bonus; unused bonus funds and associated wagering progress will expire at the end of the validity period.
wondawin reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploitation of technical errors, coordinated betting to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal risk, use of multiple accounts to claim single-account promotions, or any other conduct that wondawin determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
Unless otherwise stated in promotion-specific terms, winnings generated from bonus funds may be subject to a maximum withdrawal cap. Any amount in excess of this cap will be removed from the Account balance at the time of withdrawal processing.
All wagers placed on wondawin — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slots, or sportsbook markets — are subject to the specific rules applicable to that game or market type. These rules are available within the relevant game or betting interface.
wondawin reserves the right to void any bet or wager placed in error, including but not limited to: bets placed on events that have already concluded, bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from technical error, and bets placed on markets that were opened in error. Where a void decision is made, the staked amount will be returned to the Player's Real Money Balance.
In the event of technical failure during a live casino session or a sports betting event, wondawin's records of the session state at the time of failure will be used to determine outcome or resolution. wondawin's decision in such cases is final, subject to the dispute process outlined in Section 14.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, wondawin shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, loss of revenue, or loss of data arising from your use of the Platform; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages; (c) losses arising from interruption of Platform availability due to maintenance, technical fault, or circumstances beyond wondawin's reasonable control.
wondawin's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the amount of your Real Money Balance at the time the relevant claim arose.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
